Menu: Hearty White Bean Soup with Swiss Chard, Three Lettuce Salad, Petite Baguette, Apple Tart, Cinnamon Ice Cream. Award-winning Domaine de Manion wine.


Thursday, November 8, 2018, 11am to 3pm, $125.00 per person. Cooking Class with recipes from MiMi Thorisson’s cookbook, French Country Cooking.

Menu: Simple Vegetable Potage, Pumpkin Quiche with Bacon, Endive, Roquefort, and Walnut Salad, Everyday Pear Cake. Award-winning Domaine de Manion wine.


Thursday, December 13, 2018, 1pm to 3pm, $75.00 per person. “A Provence Dessert Tea” featuring many of the the Provençal Christmas “13 Desserts,” a southern French holiday tradition.
