Lunch Menu: Chicken-Liver Pâté, Goat Cheese with Marinated Olives, Field Greens with Pears, Brussel Sprouts, Fennel, and Mint, RivaRose Brut, Cider Roasted Winter Squash, Herb Rotisserie Leg of Lamb with Mint Chimichurri, Domaine de Manion Syrah, and Caramel Apple Upside Down Olive Oil Cake.
